First hour including callout £45. Thereafter £35 per hour.
All our charges are per hour or part thereof Payment is due on completion of work. The above charges are for work that can be determined on a per hour basis. Clearly many jobs are complex and cannot be charged on an hourly rate. These jobs will be discussed and agreed between the clients and DC-computerservices.com before commencement of the work.
Setup New Computer
We will come to your home or office and setup the new system. This includes all unpacking, the hard ware installing you broadband, Antivirus and updating the software. All you have to do is start using the system.

Data Recovery
Data recovery can be quite complex and time consuming, thus no set price will be available to the client until DC Computer technicians have been able to asses the amount work that needs to be carried out.
Telephone and Remote Support
many computer problems can be sorted out over the telephone and or with Remote support. Clients who wish to take advantage of such an arrangement would either join a monthly scheme or pay per incident.

Charges for telephone/remote support are payable in advance. Unfortunately, we cannot offer support to customers who have not signed on to the service, and have not agreed to the term and condition.
Re-install Operating system and software
Computers become very slow and possibly unusable over time.There are a whole host of reasons that cause this to happen, Virus, Spyware corrupt software to mention just a few.
For £ 99.99 we will format the disk and reinstall the os and software, leaving you with a computer that is as good as it was the day you purchased it. There may be an extra charge for saving the data on your disk.
